As I step into the role of *Behavioral Health Admission Specialist* at *Talk Work Heal*, I bring with me a heart rooted in compassion and a deep understanding of the unique needs of individuals and families seeking mental health support. I’ve had the privilege of working with children with autism through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), an experience that profoundly shaped my perspective on the power of human connection. Each interaction taught me the value of *patience, empathy, and resilience, *qualities that I now carry into every client interaction. My passion for community, service, and growth has led me to this position, where I have the opportunity to be one of the first points of contact for those beginning their healing journey. I believe every challenge presents a chance to listen, support, and guide with intention and care. 

 I hold close the words from the book of Esther: *“Who knows if you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this.”* These words inspire me to approach each day with purpose, knowing that every experience has prepared me to serve and support others during some of their most vulnerable moments. I am honored to be part of a team that is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others, one person, one story, and one healing step at a time.
